[Singapore, 10 March 2026] –Transport Capital, a leading international transportation & energy services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marine Hardy as Director, Legal and Compliance.

Marine brings extensive legal and compliance experience spanning global transportation, logistics and multinational corporate environments across the Asia-Pacific region. She joins Transport Capital following distinguished leadership roles, where she has supported multi-jurisdictional legal operations, risk management frameworks, compliance strategy and corporate governance. 

Marine will succeed Rebecca Cheng, who will be retiring after many years of dedicated service as Director, Legal at Transport Capital. Rebecca has played an important role in shaping the firm’s legal and compliance framework through a period of significant growth and international expansion.

In her new role, Marine will oversee Transport Capital’s global legal and compliance functions, ensuring robust governance and supporting the firm’s growth across its transportation & energy platform.
