Lynette Lim brings more than 20 years of HR experience and is a champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Transport Capital, an asset management and asset brokerage firm focused on Maritime and Aviation, today announced Ms. Lynette Lim has been named Director of Human Resources, based in the Singapore Headquarters.

This hire further strengthens Transport Capital’s commitment to sustainability across all its operations. Lynette will help the company make further strides on the “Social” aspect of ESG.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Lynette comes to Transport Capital having risen through the ranks of various international organisations including Wallem Shipping, Tyco Fire & Security, DHL Express and Raffles Holding.

“With Lynette we are making an investment in our most important asset, our people. This is a strategic priority as we continue to grow our business and develop Transport Capital to always be an attractive place to work for all. We are thrilled to have Lynette lead this effort in this exciting stage of our growth,” Mr. Philip Clausius, Managing Partner said.

Lynette joins Transport Capital from Wallem Shipping Singapore, where she served as Regional Human Resource Manager since 2015. Speaking more on her new role, Lynette commented: “I am excited to build on the foundations the team has put in place over the past 9 years and to further implement and develop best in class HR practices for this next phase of the company’s growth. I have always been a strong proponent of D&I in the workplace, and I aim to ensure we always remain an employer of choice.”
